Ordering

Secure online ordering is available through this online shop. If you prefer, you can also order by telephone. International orders are welcome – we do not currently offer online shopping for international orders, so please email or phone for further details. Contact Us.
We accept most popular credit and debit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Electron through Paypal. Payment by cheque is also possible, but please allow up to 10 working days for the cheque to clear.

Delivery Charges – UK

All Delivery costs are shown on the shop pages, these only apply to mainland UK. Please contact us for all other orders.

Delivery Times

Most items, are made to order, which usually takes approx 5-7 working days. In exceptional circumstances orders may take longer – we will keep you updated of any prolonged delays.

Returns

If we have supplied a product incorrectly, we will happily exchange it for the correct item. Any costs incurred in returning the item to us will be reimbursed.
If a product has been correctly supplied, we are unable to accept the item back to us due to the nature of the product supplied.
